Gorgeous 2 bedroom upper in duplex

Description

Hardwood floors, giant yard, balcony, and with spotlights in the bathroom. I have lived here about 6 months and have no complaints, everything is in working order, I keep the heat really low, but it works well and we can turn it up a bit if you prefer! The house is furnished, though I am open to some changes. Currently the extra bedroom has some furnishings in it and I will clear those out unless you would like to keep any (larger desk, bookshelf, and I have an extra futon that can be moved into the space).
