I own the house and am looking to fill a room opening . I am very laid back and have had roommates for the past years so I am used to sharing a home. Things I value in a roommate: communication, clean, respectful of personal space.

The house is large, 2 bedrooms and a living room on each floor, with the kitchen/dining room upstairs. Sunroom and storage room off the back of the garage. 2 car drive and street parking. The backyard is enormous with plenty of trees and I plan on making some garden beds in a good spot.
