Unfurnished Bedroom/Shared Bath

I have a spacious UNFURNISHED bedroom with a shared bath available for rent starting March (open to negotiable lease length terms)! Located in a great spot in Phoenix, right on rd Ave and Bethany Home Road, just off the I- freeway—easy access to everything you need! Rent is $ a month, deposit required and proof of income required as well. I own the home and am looking for an employed individual with steady income.

The utilities are split three ways, with each total cost per month being:

SRP: ~$ Cox: ~$ Water: ~$ (obviously these are estimates, they change every month aside from Cox & our cleaning lady!) We also pitch in for a monthly deep clean of the entire home, which is $, split three ways as well. So, it’s all affordable and easy to manage!

As for the vibe, we’re a pet-friendly household (with dogs, and a bearded dragon) but kindly ask that our new roommate doesn’t bring additional pets. You’re more than welcome to hang out with our adorable fur and scaly friends—they’re all super friendly and love meeting new people!
