i’m looking for someone to take over my lease at summit place. term is from august to july . rent is around $ but can vary depending on pet fees & parking passes. the unit is bath with a shared kitchen & living room between three other girls. summit has a pool, gym, lounge area, & great staff. about a minute walk from campus, 5 minute drive.
