Hi all!

I am looking to transfer my lease from Feb/March to November with an option to renew in West Hollywood area.

It's a bath modern apartment with a balcony and shared kitchen and living room with one other roommate that will come furnished. The roommate is clean and respectful and also a professional in her s. This bedroom is the bigger bedroom of the apartment and has a private bathroom and is $/month + utilities ($ a person) (somewhat flexible, please message me to discuss). Parking spot in a closed garage is available upon request and this building has -hour security.
