Private bedroom in gated community

Description

Private bedroom available in a gated community on the lake! The house is 1500sq ft, has a large fenced in yard, and a patio. You would have your own bathroom, which is in a shared hallway space, and is also the guest bathroom.

The community has a lake, volleyball court, tennis, pickleball, a clubhouse with two restaurants, and 2 golf courses

Please note: I have pets, so you must be okay with animals. I will be living in the house.
