Hey, This is a Bath Apartment where you will be occupying my 1Bedroom and attached bathroom. My roommate occupies the other bedroom and also the living room area. However, he is very nice & flexible if you want to host any group gatherings, just let him know beforehand and he would be happy to offer you the living space. The room is semi-furnished and already has bed frames and mattresses available if you are interested. It also has a TV stand and a height-adjustable office table that you could use if you work from home. The room also has a massive-sized walk-in closet and a very spacious bathroom. The Washer and Dryer are in-unit and just outside the room. The room also has a side table to keep your belongings for easier access. If you want your stuff, I would be happy to make that happen for you. Kindly let me know :). The apartment has a non-smoking policy but there is a dedicated smoking place if you want to use it. The apartment is also very close to Apex Entertainment, Starbucks, grocery stores, tire shops, car rentals, and Indian restaurants all within walking distance. Car parking is free and you can park anywhere. Rent is $. Looking for someone to occupy from January immediately. The lease is currently till April . It has a swimming pool, gym, & good security.
