Bedroom with shared bathroom

Description

I live n a bathroom split level house. Either room can be rented the bedroom downstairs has the half bath so you will still need to use shower upstairs. There is another bedroom upstairs but smaller. The furniture in the room will not be available for you to use. I have 3 dogs who stay in the basement except my little who only comes upstairs when I'm home. I am a very clean person. I don't do drama, drugs, or smoke. I drink every blue moon. I don't have any kids. The does not include utilities. Bills don't run high. I do prefer to have a phone conversation before letting someone come over in person
