Looking for 2 roommates

Hello! My partner and I are looking to fill 2 bedrooms in our 4 bedroom rental. Ideally looking for a responsible, clean, quiet, and stable couple. Rental is a split level duplex located on the southwest side of town (roughly near Hyalite Elementary School). Includes the entire bottom floor of our rental: 2 bedrooms, living room space, full bathroom, and a shared laundry room. Communal space includes a 2 bay garage (for storage, not cars), kitchen, backyard, and shed. Rent per person would be $/month plus utilities (usually around $/person). Move in date would be around March. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’d love to meet any potential new roommates!
