I have a welcoming room available for women or couples in the lovely Sans Souci area, which provides excellent access to public transport—just minutes to the city! The room comes with a shared bathroom and includes all bills, making your living experience straightforward and enjoyable.

As a single mother to a beautiful little daughter and a friendly French bulldog, I strive to maintain a clean and cozy home. I’m looking for someone who appreciates a tidy environment, enjoys the company of kids, and values a pet-friendly space.

We’re nestled in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, just a short stroll from the beach and charming coffee shops, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a leisurely day.

To make this a smooth transition, a bond of one week’s rent plus payment for that week in advance is required. I truly hope to find a wonderful fit for our home!
