One Bedroom and Private Bath in a 2/2. My roommate has to leave Austin for 5 months for military training and is looking to sublease his bedroom. It would be fully furnished with a full size bed, desk, and bookshelf. There is also a walk-in closet that is big enough to put a twin bed inside that comes with a dresser. The lease would start as early as early as mid January and would end late June/early July or in May if you're not staying in Austin for the summer. Utilities would be split and includes three separate bills; ATT internet, electricity, and water/trash/gas. Parking within this gated complex is included at no additional charge. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and the apartment complex is located 4 miles north of the UT campus: 1114 Camino La Costa. This is roughly a 10-15 minute drive to UT. There is also a public bus route that goes to campus as well as easy access to 290/I-35 and 183. Let me know if you have any questions!
