Looking for a roommate for my 3 bedroom house(top floor) in Hastings Sunrise area. We are female in our twenties, both quiet and enjoy a clean, cozy house. Skylights in living room and bathroom for nice ambiance, especially in the rain.
*Disclaimer* the roommate moving out is a musician so musical instruments in living room (minus piano) will be gone.
Walking distance from R, and 4 bus stops, street parking available as well. Walking distance to grocery, coffee shops, drug store, convenience store, liquor store, and thrift stores.
*no pets*
