I'm subleasing my "D" room at University Town Center beginning in December. The move in date can be in January if needed; there is also the option to renew in July. This room is the largest of 4 with a full bathroom! The price is only $899/month and can be prorated based on move in date! UTC is located next to PG mall, right next to movie theater, 5 min walk from the metro, has free wi-fi & cable, a gym, and is located next to many restaurants! Parking is also available.
