Hey there! We are 3 twenty-something queer folks looking to fill 1 room in a bath with a front porch and back patio. Move in date will be January th at the earliest. Seeking someone who is clean, considerate and respectful of boundaries. One of us has a cat (he’s a sweetie), and we are not wanting to introduce any other free-roaming animals into the home (tank animals are okay). We like to socialize (think occasional roomie game nights, etc.) but we also stay mindful of when others need space and quiet. Our work schedules vary, so applicants must be communicative and noise-conscious.

Rent is /month + utility cost - usually shakes out to around /month per person. Applicants must be able to provide paystubs - you will be sending these to a property management company. Lease is month-to-month, but we’re hoping to find someone who’s seeking something stable in the long term.
