Currently in a bathroom apartment and have already signed a transfer lease for a bathroom unit that’s been remodeled , the transfer date is set at the th of December so there will be no move in fee just the application fee to sign onto the lease upon income verification, the community here has undergone new management and are making nice changes to the community overall, wifi is included in the amenities so the only utility bill to split would be the electric bill. If interested please feel free to reach out , if you can’t move in on the th that would be fine so long as you speak with the leasing office and sign onto the lease at least a week prior to the th !
