My wife and I divide our time between Florida and Colorado, where we reside in our summer home located in a prestigious neighborhood of multimillion-dollar homes within a park surrounded by stunning red rocks in unincorporated Littleton. We visit periodically during the winter.

Our home spans 2,790 square feet, with approximately 1,000 square feet of finished space downstairs. The downstairs area includes a microwave, mini fridge, and access to our upstairs laundry and kitchen for any cooking needs. The home is fully furnished with high-end furnishings, artwork, and everything you need to enjoy life in Colorado.

We are seeking a very specific individual to be our roommate and caretaker of the house while we are away. The ideal candidate is well-educated, preferably female, a non-smoker, pet-free, drug-free, and has excellent credit. We travel extensively, and when we are in town, we stay upstairs, giving you full access to the downstairs area. We are easygoing and have no bad or unusual habits.

A background and credit check are required, and our HOA will also require an application. You will have access to the park, clubhouse, hiking trails, a dedicated parking space, and numerous amenities. We are located 42 minutes from downtown Denver and 23 minutes from Highlands Ranch.
