Dracut MA, is a perfect centrally located town to Boston, Massachusetts, Portland, Maine, New York City, and Providence, Rhode Island. Our neighborhood is a quiet suburban dream. Within just a few minutes walk of multiple grocery stores, doctor's offices, and local shopping spaces, and situated comfortably at a public transit stop. The house is a split family. We have the first floor (no stairs!!!) It is a three bedroom shared bathroom and living space with in house laundry. We have access to off street parking, limited basement storage, and a fenced back yard with a pergola and fire pit. The room for rent is large with two windows a full private closet, hard wood floors and is located at the back of the apt. Utilities include Internet, heat, and electric.
