Female Roommate Needed ASAP

Hi there!
I am looking for a down to earth gal to move into my room by January 1st or somewhere around there.
Pictures will be coming soon! I promise (The house is awesome I just need to focus on finals right now. Ya'll know how it is)
The living space- gated community of town homes with a pool and a tiny gym, own room, shared bathroom with your own sink.
The living situation-3 other roommates. A guy, chill accountant type and two girls. One a loving and easygoing hairstylist, the other a fun and feisty personal trainer. There are 3 dogs as well but miraculously the space never feels very crowded. We are like a little family. Everyone knows how to kick it but we are not big partiers. Just some wine or dinner outings every now and again. The rent is 800 and the security deposit is 800.
The location is super prime right next to the toll roads, about 15 mins aways from the beach and shopping of all types within a mile radius.
