Hi!! We are looking to relet our apartment ASAP. We are flexible on the lease start date but can be anywhere now and March 1st and last until July th. The apartment is located in the Arbors complex which is roughly a 7 minute drive from the NAU campus. Freshly remodeled apartment. The apartment is two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It comes fully furnished with king beds in each bedrooms, tvs, dressers, nightstands, and a couch and tv for the living room. There is a walk in closet in both bedrooms as well. The dining table also comes with the apartment.
There is a large patio with an outdoor storage closet. Washer and dryer are in unit. All appliances are very new and in excellent condition. Beautiful kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space. Hardwood floors, and grey painted walls.
Parking is included with rent and guest parking is all over the complex.
Rent is $ and utilities. Utilities were almost never more than $, just depends on personal usage, and WiFi is included in the utility price. We really love this apartment and know you will too!!
