Room available December!

Description

I am currently living in an apartment with two other guys, all of us are in our early 20's. My girlfriend and I just bought a house in her hometown in Missouri and we close on it on January 5th so I am looking for someone to take my place on my current lease. The apartment is extremely nice and in a great location off of Rancho Bernardo off the 15. I will be moving out, so if you would be interested you would take my room. I can leave it all furnished for you if you need it, since it will cost me to much to move the furniture to Missouri. The other two that live here work full time and one occupies a room practically lives at his girlfriends apartment and is never home. The rent is 800 and then utilities are split 3 ways and always cheap.
