Private room available in a condo located off Airport and Academy

All bills paid (including internet) + security deposit (can be paid over a few months)

We are a laid-back LGBTQ+ couple who cook a lot, listen to records, and thrift. We both work M-F (mental health and childcare, respectively) and spend our weekends with friends and family. We don’t drink but are open to someone who drinks responsibly, and we are -friendly. There is onsite laundry and ample parking. The building is also within walking distance of public transit.

Ideal roommates would be someone in the LGBTQ+ community or an ally who keeps their space clean and tidy.

No cats, sorry we are deathly allergic. No more dogs; unfortunately, our service dog is all that is allowed.
