Room for rent

Description

I have a room for rent on a long term basis in an apartment community close to downtown Sarasota. The community is quiet and has amenities gym, playground, pool/spa, there is plenty of parking. I have a washer and dryer in unit. Bathroom is shared with other roommate. Everyone is clean & quiet, we all work different schedules. The management company requires a $ application fee to run a background & credit check. Other requirements is that there have been NO EVICTIONS in the last two years on your record.
