Hey future roomie! My Name is Anya I'm 24. I work as dog sitter/walker, which means I will have a dog or two in the apartment every now and then. I love to read, watch Netflix, make art, knit and be outside with the pups. I'm pretty down to earth, don't party or smoke. It's alright if you are a smoker as long as it's never inside. And I do enjoy my beer and wine. I cook a lot and I always clean after myself, would love it if you were the same way. I'm not a clean freak but, I think it's important to have a clean home all the time. I would love it if you are considerate, will appreciate and take good care of the apartment and help me make it into a positive and comfortable environment. =) Idealy it would be fantastic if we got along and became friends, respected and trusted each other. There are still a few things I need to get for the apartment and hoping that you might help me make the place feel complete and homie. I love my apartment it's not anything crazy big but, it's close to everything and usually pretty quiet and just what I need. One thing I wish I had is a washer and dryer inside but, I usually do my laundry at my parents or friends and would totally let you do your laundry with me. There is a coin laundry right next to the parking lot though. I have wifi, but not cable or a tv =( usually just watch Netflix on my computer. But if it's important to you I will definitely consider getting it and splitting the bill. I'm pretty easy and don't need much. Having a positive and comfortable place to come home to is all I need. I hope you are chill, kind, considerate, responsible and would make my home your home. =)
