Room For Rent

Hi all, I am renting a room in Littleton's Ken Caryl neighborhood starting Jan.1
for $850 a month. Qualified tenant must be honest , reliable and drug free.
Sorry I cant be 420 friendly it just doesn't work out. Rent must be paid on time
and tenant must be respectful. You get a private room and bath we would share the down stairs common area ,Kitchen and laundry room.
About us: Single Dad with a respectful teen 1 medium dog that doesn't bark
and 2 cats so you would need to be pet friendly or at least tolerant.
