Nice furnished bedroom for rent!

Room for Rent:
Hello everyone. I prefer to be called Debbie or Deb. I have a furnished room for rent in the Majestic Hills area (Hillrise/Telshor). This is a 3 bedroom
2 bathroom condo. It’s just me and my little dog Rosie here (She is not a nuisance barker). You would have your own bedroom/closet. Your bathroom is only shared with occasional guests and my caregiver. It is kept clean and it would be mostly used by you. The room has a queen size bed and a large dresser. Sheets, pillows, blankets and towels are available. You would have full access to the place which includes an enclosed front patio with furniture/grill, a huge backyard (Not gated/Shared), kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room. You would have access to my WiFi, Hulu, Netflix, Peacock, Prime Video, Max and Paramount+ Apps. (TV available if you need it.). I’m clean, respectful and friendly. You can come and go day and night. Plenty of street parking is available. Male or female. One person only. You would be allowed to have guests but not overnight and not before am or after eleven pm. No light sleepers or those who are bothered by noises as your bedroom is near the front door and across from the laundry room. It’s typically quiet here but I am an insomniac and I don’t want to have to tiptoe around if I’m up all night. This is a safe, nicely groomed and serene neighborhood. Long term or short term okay. Move-in date can be any day of the month. Available beginning December seventeenth. No pets please. Climate controlled storage available for an additional monthly charge. I’m also open to weekly rentals or weekends even. Thirty dollars a night. ( Four Twenty friendly preferred).
