The bathrooms for each will be private minus the hall (common area restroom). The house has all the amenities included. And included in the rent (Water, electric, Internet, WIFI) . The full use of the area of the house, livingroom dinning room kitchen large patio will be open for use with shared responsibilities for over all cleanliness. There’s also a washer and dryer available for use within the house. House, is also big enough to comfortability and work from home if needed. We never had any issues with noise or space. So we do take care of the trust we extend to our housemates. Currently available. Bedroom one (MasterBedRoom) price as it stands at $. This room will have it’s own restroom. Currently available Bedroom (two:MED Sized ) /(Three:SM Sized ) will have a restoom not attached. This room is $. The :MED Sized is available If both room are rented together in a Perosonal living space and bedroom style the restroom will be private use for that room set. $ We are flexible about a move in date. We will be in the DC area for 3+ years. Ages s who are pretty mellow on the weekdays but like to hang out on the weekends. We are active and enjoy a few beers/drinks on our back patio.
