Master Bedroom Close to Beach

I have one master bedroom on the third level of a townhouse about a two minutes walk to the beach. Located in a very friendly, quiet neighborhood in Chicks Beach.

The house currently has two tenants, both in master bedrooms so no bathrooms are shared. Both males 23/32, respectively work in a professional job environment. There is one precious dog that is in the house but only at certain times. Potential renter has to be animal friendly.

The rent includes all utilities, water, electric, trash, sewage, cable, wifi and a list of common use household items. I regularly buy all common house hold items that are included in this price as well.

Looking for someone clean, mature, reasonable and normal. Its a very nice living environment here and it will continue go on that way. Male or female tenant wanted. Please inquire with further questions.
