Room available with ensuite in three bedroom home. Share with a female and male (29 and 23) not a couple. House is pet friendly but no dogs or cats as we already have two dogs. We are both pretty social but not really party people do enjoy the quiet drink on the balcony. Internet is available $23 a month. We split all bills by three. We are also both smokers (outside only). 200 metres from train station and close to cannon hill shopping centre.
