Awesome room in an awesome home!

Description

This room is furnished with a full size bed, mini fridge (not pictured), mirror, end tables, lamps.

The deposit / move in fee is hundred dollars. The deposit is refunded as long as there are no damages and in the same condition as when you moved into it and a thirty days move out notice is given.

Our home is a kind, drama free, mature, trustworthy, authentic, environmentally friendly, equal rights, fun, peaceful, safe, cozy, professional minded environment.

Rent is a week and includes furnished room with bedding, towels, utilities, wifi and I even provide common amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc

All common areas get deep cleaned weekly be me or a housekeeper. Tenant is still expected to clean up after themselves in the common areas.
