I am (, female) a broker for freight and I work up north so living in glendale is no longer Ideal for me so you would be taking over my lease as the primary. The person you would live with is male. He has 2 jobs so hardly will be home. The apartment is on the bottom floor. Your bedroom would be the master bedroom with your own bathroom. The common areas are the living room, dinning room, and the kitchen. They have a laundry facilities on however the appartment has its own washer and dryer in unit. You will have a patio that faces picnic areas with bbq grills. There are 2 large pools, a fitness center, you will also have covered parking. They also offer hr maintenance so if it’s an emergency it will get handled immediately.
