2 bedroom apartment. Other room is occupied by professional male that works from home most days. Weed
is okay. No pets. Small deposit that can be paid over time. Utilities that are included with the rent are water, trash, and sewer. We will split electric, which has only been about $ month lately. Summer time obviously electric goes up. Great location. Anyone that moves in before the 1st, I will waive rent for the remaining days of this month. You just pay the January portion of your rent.
