Hi! My name is Nick. I live alone with my Dog Jazz in my fully furnished single family home in Aurora and I am looking for a roommate. Preferably a female but will consider a male. The house is about 2000 Sq.Ft. In East Aurora seconds away from Buckley Air Force Base.

Denver International Airport = 15 Minutes
Downtown Denver = 25 Minutes
University Colorado Hospital = 15 Minutes
Buckley Air Force Base = 2 Minutes
Southlands Mall = 8 Minutes
(Movies, Groceries, Shopping, Dining)
Aurora Resevoir = 5 Minutes
Denver Tech Center = 20 Minutes

The house is very clean, great furniture in the room and private bathroom (most of the year, aside from when I have guests or family staying)

Room is fully furnished with Bed, side tables, walk in closet, TV, Netflix.

House is open, with two separate living rooms, wood floors, large kitchen, stainless steel appliances, garage, off street parking, washer, dryer, HD Cable, channels, high-speed internet, patio, garden, bbq, fire pit, 21/2 bathrooms.

I am hoping to find someone to share my home and be friendly. You should be able to feel right at home.
