I am graduating mid-December and looking for someone to take over my lease! It is a unit at The Outpost for $/month! I will cover rent for all of December! The unit is fully-furnished, recently renovated, and close to TXST with the first pickup and drop off for the university shuttle. It also has great amenities (gym, pool, volleyball courts). Please let me know if you are interested or have any questions! If you and a friend want to apply together, my roommate is also looking for someone to take over her lease. We are willing to work with you if you have roommate preferences as well:)
