Need roomate asap

We are offering a private room yet you will have to share a bathroom. We are a three person family (Mother, father, toddler) so you must be alright with having a child around as well as responsible. The house, backyard, front yard, kitchen, everything is open for use to whomever needs this room... We are clean people and expect our future roomate to clean up after themselves as well.
