Large room available downtown in a 5 1/2 with awesome roommates! The apartment is pet friendly and there is currently a sweet cat named Sushi residing with us. The room is available from December 1 or January 1 and rent is 525/month + utilities. Hydro is usually around 60-70 every two months split three ways so you only pay about $10/month and internet can be shared as well for a small fee. The bedroom is private with a large walk-in closet and large window that gets lots of daylight! There's a view of Dawson in front which is gorgeous and the 24 + other multiple buses stop right in front! It's minutes away from Alexis Nihon, about 10 minutes to Concordia and 15 to McGill. Absolutely great deal for the location and the common areas are also quite large. There's a living room, large kitchen and small room that we currently use as a study room/office space.
