Huge Unfinished Basement! Rented!!

Description

There’s a huge open unfinished basement with a couple rugs, an old bar and a washing machine and dryer. I’d be willing to rent it out for $ each to no more than two people. There’s a small crawl space attached also. I could put some furniture and a couple more carpets down there to make it cozier. The moving fee will only apply if I have to bring large furniture downstairs and set it up. Because one of the washer and dryer sets is down in the basement, other roommates will occasionally need to come down to the basement. I will expect them to respect your privacy and knock to let you know before they come downstairs. It’s all about respect and I expect each of my tenants/roommates to respect each other ‘s boundaries and privacy. The rent is same amount as the security deposit. Parking is free. Utilites are $ each per person. And if you want a small pet, they must be pre-approved a payment will be about $ extra a month for any unseen damages they cost.
