Hi everyone,

This room is available now. Decent size for one person.
And it's really nice inside a 3 bdrm apartment with one full bathroom, full kitchen.
I just painted the room with a nice light blue color.
Room comes with a twin size bed.
One dresser with several drawers.
One hamper for your dirty clothes (as an incentive).
A small shoe rack.
And 1 coat rack hanger.
Room has a window.
Room is very clean.

I just cleaned the apartment. Is very clean.
I am looking for someone who is REALLY clean & cleans after themselves & helps with cleaning in general.
I've had issues with past roommates/tenants about this in the past.
They've all said "I am clean. I clean after myself" etc.
It's a bad & sad experience to have someone living in your clean apartment & does not clean & yet complains.
It is a headache & disrespectful.
It is wrong to move into a place & then not contribute to its cleanliness.
To move in & only contribute to its dirtiness.

Also, I am looking for someone who pays on time & is consistently punctual w/ their rent on time.
Again, I've had this issue in the past. Where someone moves in & claims they can pay on time etc & then does the opposite & lie. Why there are people like that??? I don't know. But I do know I DON'T want anyone like that to even contact me.

That being said......
You will need 1st month + last month + security deposit ($400) in order to move in.
Security Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE once you move in.
[Security Deposit, anywhere you look, will amount to a months rent. But I realize its the holidays with X-mas around the corner. So I reduced it. Which also serves as an incentive.]
I am ONLY looking for a responsible, respectful, punctual MALE roommate...preferably White or Latino...between the ages of 20-40.

NO pets.
NO parties.

Rent is month -2- month.
Utilities are included.
Utilities include: WiFi, Electricity, Gas.
