Two males in their late 20's who are looking to find a roommate to replace ours that is taking a position in another city. Apartment is newly re-modeled and conveniently located in the heart of the South Side in between East Carson St and Sarah St. Walking distance to hundreds of Restaurants, Bars and Shopping and 1.5 miles to downtown. It is a good-size, 3 stories with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a wonderful furnished rooftop deck that overlooks the city. Rooftop deck is equipped with a small bar, outdoor couch and 50' inch flat screen TV (see pictures). We have a full kitchen (with dishwasher) and a large living room equipped with a sectional couch, Lovesacs and two flat screen tv's for optimal sports viewing. Washer and Dryer is conveniently located in the basement.

Everything is already furnished except for the available bedroom.
The available room is 12x14 big enough to fit at least a queen-sized bed, dresser and television. The room has two closets, one for hanging clothes and one with shelving. The room is wired for cable and internet (wireless) and is connected to the Central Air the apartment is equipped with. The rent is $900 and that includes all utilities (including cable) as well as a parking pass. Please be gainfully employed. No pets.

About Us

We work traditional jobs, mainly 9-5 and occasionally work from home. Hobbies include going out and watching sports, Happy Hour, HBO Sunday Night Programming and Reality TV. Avid Pirates and Steelers fans. We also enjoy playing Golf, Basketball and going to the gym. Equal opportunity collegiate household (WVU and Pitt fan). We occasionally have friends over on Saturday nights before going out. You are welcome to have guests/girlfriends over at your leisure.

We are looking for a roommate of similar age (24-32) and with a steady well- job and similar interests.
