1 bedroom with own bathroom available in post midtown apartments. Price is $850/month plus utilities. I will be leaving prior to my lease ending in June 2016. I am looking for someone to take over the lease. My roommate is 24 yr old M. Quiet and keeps to himself. Nice guy. Living room and bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished as needed. Full kitchen and free washer/dryer available in apartment unit.

Looking to sublet around the end of December/beginning of January. We can find a date that works for both of us.

Interested person will have to submit an application to the leasing office if you are interested in the apartment. There is an $85 application fee (paid to the leasing office) due at the time of the application. New tenant will need to pass a background check (done by the leasing office).

There is no deposit required to move in! you will be responsible for the month of rent at time of move in.
