I’m looking for a new roommate to take over the master bedroom in this bath apartment in The Quincy (), a luxury building in downtown Denver.
About the Apartment:
Master bedroom available with a private attached bathroom
Spacious shared living room, kitchen, and a huge balcony with stunning city skyline views
Rent for the master bedroom is $ + utilities (utilities are around $ per person, covering WiFi, water, sewer, trash, electricity)
Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment for complete privacy
Honestly, for the price and all the amenities, it’s a steal! Because I’m a returning resident, we’re $ for the entire apartment—if you were to get this apartment now, it would be $ for the same unit(with the skyline views from the balcony), so we’re getting a great deal!
