Looking for a house mate available January 1st. 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom bungalow looking to share with 1 other person. Private full size bedroom is available with a decent closet. The 3rd bedroom is small so it's a good extra living space/storage.

House was redone after sandy, has a cool backyard area for bbq's and fire pit. Also has an awesome front porch. South side of beach street 9 houses from the beach.

Full time working professional looking for the same. First months rent and a months security, due at month to month lease signing. Small pet ok with extra security deposit.

$1300 a month all included, fios tv with movie packages and Fios internet.
