I am looking for the right sublease or share situation. I am a 39 year old female, web and book designer, and I teach college. I have two pets that I'd really like to keep.

Currently renting from the man who bought my home, but I'd like to be out by Dec. 1 (was supposed to be out Nov. 1 and he was able to extend).

Prefer a 1-2 bedroom with laundry IN unit. Other than that I'm pretty flexible. I also need a decent sized closet :)
