Shared kitchen, living room, and patio/backyard. Furnished with a washer and dryer. Close to 3 major colleges in the area if you are a student. ASU - 17 minutes, MCC - 12 minutes, and CGCC - 14 minutes. I have a 13 year old black labrador and would prefer a dog friendly roommate. I have a heavy work/school schedule. Across the street from the Dana Park shopping center. Great location and access to canals for the running enthusiasts.
