All single, young working professionals and so prefer someone similar or a student. There's also a little 7yr old occasional/part time resident who is my tenant/roommate's kid.

$500 rent, no deposit, and no lease. You can leave anytime with advanced notice. Your room is not furnished.

You get your own bed and bath and you'll be sharing common areas like kitchen, living/dining room and backyard.

No smoking, no couples and no cats. We already have one cat. Preferably no pets, but might accept one small dog if I like the dog and the owner.
