I am seeking a roommate to move in December. The house is a 3 story town-home, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. You will get your own bedroom and bathroom and is able to park in the attached garage. The bedroom is on the 3rd floor and bathroom is on the 2nd along with the kitchen and living room area. The home has new carpet and is newly painted. Also included will be free internet and utilities. Washer/Dryer is also provided.

Rent is $850 a month all bills paid with a deposit of monthly rent. This will be a 6 months contract.

This is a great location! You will be in the center of everything and not far from the Galleria and Memorial Mall. Also very close to the Energy Corridor area.

I am an Asian female in my late 20s working at an Engineering company. I preferred another female in the same age group.
