I'm looking for a responsible housemate. Extremely well maintained ranch located just outside the city & close to Fort Drum. This home features a fully applianced kitchen with dining area & ceramic tile floor with sliding door to deck & spacious back yard, living room with gas fireplace, all with closets, spacious bath with ceramic tile & whirlpool tub, public water, sewer, natural gas & more. $550 per month including utilities and full use of the house including washer, dryer, garage,and basement.
