Good morning,
My name is Shachar,originally from Israel, grew up in the midwest/guam,non-smoking, 29, veteran with a career and school balance.
My home is in aurora,co near buckley afb. I can offer you a 1 bed, 1.5 bath setup with room for your vehicle in a garage and an enclosed outdoor space for $875-flat rate(includes utilities). HOA covers exterior maintenance, meaning no shoveling/yard work.
I closed on my first home monday(11/9) and I will be moving between the 1st- 3rd week of December.
A little more about me, I work for the National Park Service in Human Resources, currently studying for my MBA, and spend most of my free time(which is rare) hiking. I do not tolerate smoking and I'm a social drinker at best. I work first shift 6-2:30 and I prefer living with someone who lives on a first shift schedule and maintains an organized/fairly clean lifestyle. Also, I do have a well behaved cat named Herman.
