MASTER ROOM NEAR NTU (Jurong)

Description

We are three researchers and PhD students at NTU looking for a roommate, or a couple, to rent our master suite in the Floravale condo. The master suite contains a King sized bed, a desk, a private bathroom with tub and shower, A/C, ceiling fan, and plenty of closet space and windows.
The apartment is on the 12th floor so there is plenty of light and a nice breeze. There is a shared living room (with large couch, dining table, and TV), kitchen (with a full sized oven and gas stove), pantry, and laundry room. The Floravale has a 50 meter swimming pool (as well as several kids swimming pools), a large (unheated) Jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, and gym. (238 Westwood Ave., Singapore)
We are very easy going and laid back, one guy from US, one from France and I am from Switzerland.
The room is 1500sgd and bills (gas, water, electricity, and internet) have been on average S$80 a month with four people.
