One Bedroom Available for Rent

Description

One bedroom available in our three bedroom two bathroom apartment. Two of us share a room to cut down on rent since we are still in college, and the other one of us works at Universal and has graduated from college. We are willing to take in two people (i.e. you and a friend or another person) in order to cut down rent for you as well. If you want the room to yourself it is $520 a month. If you share it with another person it would be $260 a month. The bedroom is unfurnished and does not include utilities, which would be split amongst all roommates each month. The lease is 7 months and starts December 1st, ending June 30th, 2016.

A little about ourselves: We are all very fun, sarcastic, extroverts who love going out and spontaneously exploring the area. However, we are still clean and organized, and expect the same respect from each other.

Dogs are okay, but the complex does have breed restrictions, so we will need to know in advance what breed(s) you have. There is also a pool, gym, grills, and dog park on the complex along with many other things!
