Room for Rent in Lakefront home DTO

I have a room available immediately for rent in a 4/2 house on Clear Lake right off of John Young near I4. The property is located very close to Downtown Orlando, Millenia, Metrowest and Universal. If you're an outdoors person, this is the place for you: boating, wakeboarding, jet sking, kayaking, fishing, etc.

Property is equipped with: Pontoon boat, wakeboarding boat, grill, smoker and fire pit

The room is 12ft x 12ft
Shared Bathroom with one SWM
The house has Uverse cable (DVR) and AT&T internet(the fastest they offer)

I have a medium size puppy that is crated while I'm not home.

We're very clean and out-going, so we're looking for someone of the same stature.

What I need from you as a roommate:
Must be clean. If you're not clean, things will not work out.
MUST be gay friendly - I have many gay friends and I've also had multiple gay roommates in the past, so this is an absolute must.
Steady income, etc, etc.

I don't discriminate whatsoever. Gay, straight, black, white, spanish, etc. None of that matters to me.
I prefer male roommates; it makes things a lot easier in a number of ways.

No couples or pets please.

Rent is $600 a month with all utilities included(U verse, internet, water, power, etc)
No lease will be associated - It's a month-to-month agreement (I ask for a 30 day notice before moving out)

About us:
We're professionals in our mid-20's. During the week is pretty low-key as we work the typical 9-5, Monday-Friday type of jobs. On the weekends, we're typically active on the lake or somewhere outdoors. We would prefer someone with a similar lifestyle. Further information will be provided upon request.
